A campaign for people affected by rare diseases deserved a worthy call to action and gave people in this minority group a way to share their stories.
By harnessing the immense power of charity communities in campaigns we aimed to Illuminate the rare reality. By building a bespoke platform enabling users to post stories via social media posts we created an innovative and personalised system to engage and share. The website was designed and built to allow sufferers and their families to post a unique message of support with others, as well as providing further information on their conditions.
